TYRANNOSAUR TEETH - TWO MEDICINE/JUDITH RIVER FOR SALE

The Two Medicine and Judith River Formations outcrop in Northern Montana and contain three tyrannosaurs: Albertosaurus, Gorgosaurus, and Daspletosaurus. These formations are about 5 million years older than the Hell Creek Formation, which is home to T.rex. Daspletosaurus, the largest of the tyrannosaurs in this formation, is thought by some paleontologists to be a direct ancestor of T. rex. The teeth of these three tyrannosaurs are so similar that it's statistically impossible to assign isolated teeth to a single genus except in the case of the largest teeth, which could only have come from Daspletosaurus.
