This is a beautiful, 6.85" long (including stem) fossil sycamore (Macginitiea wyomingensis) from the Green River Formation in Utah. It has brown preservation and is located on a thick rectangular section of shale, revealing incredible venation details and possible insect predation along the central lobe. The plate also contains a fossilized cricket.
